Madam Matcha

So my new favorite thing has got to be Matcha green tea!
It is so crazy amazing for you; it is naturally mood enhancing, has the same nutritional value as 10 cups of green tea, has 1300 units/gram of antioxidants, and is fantastic for cleansing the body of toxins!
The Organic Matcha from Davids Tea is probably my favorite, one of my friends actually made a coco-matcha latte!

Another great way (if you prefer not to drink the plain tea) is to make a smoothie!

I like 3/4 tea + 1/4 soy milk personally  :)

désireux et excité

Guess who gets to go to France!!?

I have been apart of an exchange program for a couple of months now, and yesterday I finally received who my family is going to be!
I will be living in Meylan France, right outside of Grenoble (the photo)

Ahh! I am so unbelievably excited for this!
Anyone have any clues on the amazing things in this area?

My Condolences

I am a dreadful blogger, and I am sorry! It has been so busy the last week that I haven't found the time to blog! So how about we just start fresh right now? Agreed?
So tomorrow I can hopefully do a more meaningful post but until then...
