Madam Matcha

So my new favorite thing has got to be Matcha green tea!

It is so crazy amazing for you; it is naturally mood enhancing, has the same nutritional value as 10 cups of green tea, has 1300 units/gram of antioxidants, and is fantastic for cleansing the body of toxins!

The Organic Matcha from Davids Tea is probably my favorite, one of my friends actually made a coco-matcha latte!

Another great way (if you prefer not to drink the plain tea) is to make a smoothie!

I like 3/4 tea + 1/4 soy milk personally  :)

Guess who gets to go to France!!?

I have been apart of an exchange program for a couple of months now, and yesterday I finally received who my family is going to be!

I will be living in Meylan France, right outside of Grenoble (the photo)

Ahh! I am so unbelievably excited for this!

Anyone have any clues on the amazing things in this area?



My Condolences

I am a dreadful blogger, and I am sorry! It has been so busy the last week that I haven't found the time to blog! So how about we just start fresh right now? Agreed?

So tomorrow I can hopefully do a more meaningful post but until then...

In my opinion seeing people smile is one of the most beautiful things in life. When you see someone smile it doesn't matter if they have six eyes, a massive unibrow or hair that sweeps the floor; it is the thing that my eyes float towards! Smiling releases endorphins, serotonin, it boosts your immune system, relieves stress and just makes people happy!

So for me when I look at collections 97% of the pieces I am drawn towards have to do with what bring a massive smile on my face! (Kate Spade if your reading this, you do that to me 200% of the time!)

When I was looking through some of the spring collections some of them really stood out to me; Moschino, Kate Spade, and Marc Jacobs- they just make you happy!

Hola! Okay so for lunch today I had these most amazing salad ever! Ever!

So I figured that I may as well show you guys, it isn't all that original but if you have never

tried it then I highly recommend!

(I forgot to take a photo so this is the best I found via Google, just imagine it with a few more ingredients!)

 

Spinach Summer Salad

• 1 Cup Spinach
• 1/2 Cup diced Strawberries
• 1/3 Avocado
• Blueberry Goat Cheese (as much or little as you choose)
• Couple of Raisins
• Raspberry Vinaigrette

Hello Spring!

I am terrible.

I have neglected this poor blog like there is no tomorrow, and I feel guilty.

But since it is the first day of a brand new wonderful month so I am going to pledge to work harder at this thing and actually have something to show for myself!
